Tasked to acquire International Fitness Franchise and setup local fitness centers to offer clients a new concepts of fitness training within Kuwait & GCC markets. Currently responsible for managing & operating the first location in Kuwait. HIGHLIGHTS Acquiring Franchise. Solely responsible for all discussions and negotiations with the Franchise to setup a 5-year franchise agreement with F3 FitBox – Spain. Development & Execution of Business Plan. Developed & implemented a business plan to gain market share in a competitive fitness industry to maintain profitability and year over year growth. Design & Execution of Interiors. Worked closely with Real Estate companies to identify, negotiate, and secure appropriate location for the center. Lead role in the design & development of the interiors and project execution directly with building contractors. Business Development & Marketing. Identifying business opportunities by setting up collaborations with other fitness centers and fitness nutrition consultants. Design & implement marketing campaigns to attract new members and retain existing clientele. Identify and develop a merchandising line for company branding. P&L Management.
