Tasked to acquire International Fitness Franchise and setup local fitness centers to offer clients a new concepts of fitness training within Kuwait & GCC markets. Currently responsible for managing & operating the first location in Kuwait. HIGHLIGHTS Acquiring Franchise. Solely responsible for all discussions and negotiations with the Franchise to setup a 5-year franchise agreement with F3 FitBox – Spain. Development & Execution of Business Plan. Responsible to identifying, interviewing, and hiring of employees by working closely with hiring companies and consultants. Setting up orientation & training of new hires and assignment of day-to-day roles.
