Health and Food Safety Compliance Manager
• Coordinate with management to establish controls and standards for food safety. • Implement and maintain all food safety related programs and standards for all operations. • Supporting continuous improvements through applying lean manufacturing • Monitoring environmental program and sanitary conditions of the facility • Performing GMP and food safety training for employees, contractors and service providers • Overseeing and leading non-conforming reporting and seeing that corrective actions are completed • Ensure that operations comply with federal, state, local, and specific customer and company food safety policies and regulations. • Coordinate and lead all third-party food safety audits. • Report results of safety audits and submit recommendations for corrective action to management for approval, as appropriate. • Assisting production and warehouse with development and recording of job aids, work instruction and log sheets • Overseeing new packaging and product development processes from start to finish and providing reports to management • Verifying SOP and production food safety start up records • Notifying area supervisor or management of potential food safety issues • Coordinating and overseeing incoming water monitoring program • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment • Enforcing compliance to applicable GMPs, SOPs policies
System Compliance Coordinator (Food Quality Systems)
Responsibilities included: To coordinate and guide the organisation in establishing, implementing and maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS); Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, Occupational Health & Safety and Kaizen System (continuous improvement systems). To comply and ensure that the company adheres to applicable laws and regulations, applicable standards and in-house policies and procedures throughout the company in all aspects and levels of business and give guidance on Systems Compliance matters. To preserve company integrity and make sure the organisation stays ethical in order to in order to achieve a superior and reliable service with a view to excel in meeting customer expectations.
Based in the quality control and assurance department; conduct chemical and microbiological analysis of raw milk to finished product for quality assurance and control purposes. Responsible for ensuring that the factory is in good condition, and meets food safety standards.
